All of our teachers offer expert instruction and individual attention to safely guide you on the path of self-discovery and awakening.

Level 1/2: Advanced beginners and intermediate students. Learn new postures, including backbends and inversions, with fun variations. Detailed alignment instructions and helpful hands-on adjustments.

Level 2: Strong and intermediate students. Deepen, refine and strengthen your yoga practice. Longer meditation, playfully serious practice with backbend and inversion variations, introduction to arm balances and pranayama. Full expression of the beauty in each pose. Precision and grace in motion.

Level 2/3: A spirited practice with creative sequences meant to inspire and challenge us to go beyond our perceived limits. Participants should be injury free and must be able to perform handstand at wall and push up into full wheel with straight arms.

Therapeutics: For students with pain and injury, acute or chronic conditions and/or physical limitation. Learn to apply universal principles of alignment to rebalance your whole body-mind system. Please check calendar for dates, as this is a specialty class.

Private Classes: A private class with Lynne is highly recommended whether you have an injury or not. Please view the private class page for details.

NEW CLASSES:

Kripalu Flow: Start your day with a moderate to vigorous asana to awaken your prana, energize your mind and strengthen your body. Each class will conclude with a deep relaxation that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. This class will move at a pace that honors all participating students.

Learn to Meditate:
Tantric style meditation teaches us to become increasingly self-aware and aware of the Great Self. In this course, we will introduce a variety of "dharana" or techniques that cultivate steady attention and expand awareness. Each session includes introduction to a specific dharana, meditation practice of 15- 30 minutes, a group share and discussion and ends with a deep relaxation to assimilate your experience. Participants will gain maximum benefit by attending all classes and by committing to practice meditation for 20 minutes a day. Series class, pre-registration required.

Restorative Yoga: A soothing practice to rejuvenate your mental and physical energy. Participants recline over props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, eye pillows) which are adjusted to meet each individual's needs. Instructions are given to direct awareness deep inside to an endless reservoir of peace and healing. An unhurried pace allows you to linger and unwind in each pose . Mature teens are welcome.

Yoga Flow: Move and groove to world beat music with free-flowing, dynamic sequences and creative postures that will change with the seasons and respond to our natural rhythms. Basic Anusara alignment will be incorporated to keep us safe and strong as we stretch and play.

Stiff Man's Yoga: Join other big stiff men for a great grunt and groan stretch and relieve your aching back! Men can and do practice yoga, and they love the challenge, because they feel so good afterwards. Learn how to modify poses and use props according to your needs. No need to be shy - this class is for you! Series class pre-registration requires.
